This wonderful, stylish and spacious lodge, with access to the park s on site facilities, is the perfect Cornish retreat for friends and families. Situated on the South Cornish coast on the outskirts of the historic fishing village of Polperro, it s also just 2 miles from the seaside resort of Looe where you can enjoy a boat trip or pick up some fish and chips for lunch. Other attractions include The Eden Project (20 miles) or take a ferry over to Fowey for a great day out exploring the beaches, independent shops, eateries and galleries (7 miles). Step into this spacious and very stylish lodge through the handy utility/boot room, ideal for wiping off the dogs paws. Walk through the hallway and into the large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with a fantastic double set of patio doors drawing you to the fabulous view over the park and countryside. In the lounge, you will find plenty of comfy seating which can turn into a double sofa bed to sleep two additional guests as well as a Smart TV and feature fireplace. There are two bedrooms: a king size with a TV and an en suite bathroom, and a twin with a TV and an en suite shower room. Outside is a fabulous, decked area where you can relax on the outdoor seating or dine alfresco in the sunshine while admiring the countryside and ocean views. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king size and 1 twin. 2 bathrooms 1 en suite shower room with WC and 1 en suite bathroom with WC. Gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine and sink. Smart TV in the lounge and TVs in bedrooms. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Decked area with seating. Shared indoor heated swimming pool, bar, shop, kids' playground and live entertainment open end March to early November (leisure passes required for using some site facilities additional charge). Leisure passes for site facilities can be purchased on site ask our staff for prices if required. Kids clubs available for toddlers, under 5s and 5 12 years during summer. Private parking for 1 car. Shop and pub on site, beach 1.5 miles. Sleeps 4 2 (sofa bed in lounge sleeping 2 additional guests). Please note that during the winter months the pool and other site facilities are closed.
