The Tremaine Manor Estate consists of the Manor house and 12 traditional cottages, barns and a shepherd's hut, situated within a secluded and private Hamlet dating back over 400 years.

Full of character and charm the Farmhouse Cottage sits in a lovely position overlooking the little stream and towards the pony paddock. Families will really love this traditional stone built farmhouse house with its snug sitting room with modern leather sofas, plush furnishings beams and large wood burning stove. It is a really good location and perfect place for summer holidays and cosy winter getaways too. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a tiled floor with pale blue kitchen cupboards, electric oven and hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. in the centre of the room is antique pine table with six chairs and a large pine Cornish dresser. The main bathroom is also on the ground floor.

Upstairs you will find a double bedroom offering a four poster double bed with its own en-suite shower room, a further bedroom with twin single beds, and a snug bunk bedded room perfect for the kids.

Outside, a stone path leads through the gated garden at the front of the house with garden furniture, fire pit and charcoal barbecue. Just outside the gated garden at the side in a private spot is the outdoor heated Japanese bath style hot tub.

On the estate you will find a full-size, all weather tennis court is situated in the grounds along with a games room with table tennis, pool, dartboard, bagatelle, table football, outdoor chess, boules, croquet, badminton, pitch and putt, and assorted indoor games on-site. A private, fenced off children’s play area with swings, slide, monkey bars, and a sandpit is available for accompanied children up to 13 years of age. A convenient shared laundry room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer ideal for washing sandy costumes after a day at the beach. The Farmhouse Cottage welcomes two dogs with an exercise area and local kennels also available.
