A pretty one bedroom cottage, Carpenter's Cottage at Tremaine Manor is situated between Looe and Polperro, close to the beautiful Cornish coast. The Tremaine Manor Estate consists of the Manor house and 12 traditional cottages, barns and a shepherd's hut, situated within a secluded and private Hamlet dating back over 400 years.

The carpenter made wonderful furniture with wood from the estate in days gone by. Now, inside many wood working tools are displayed alongside the original oak beams and cosy furnishings to provide a warm welcome. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area includes a four ring hob and electric double oven, Nespresso Coffee machine and a cosy dining area for two. Snuggle up in the beamed sitting room with Smart television, board games and jigsaws, with an electric fire for cooler evenings. Upstairs, a comfy double bed awaits with glorious sunset views; along with a bright and modern bathroom.

Outside you will find the pretty garden with wooden sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue and firepit.

A full-size, all weather tennis court is situated in the grounds along with a games room with table tennis, pool, dartboard, bagatelle, table football, outdoor chess, boules, croquet, badminton, pitch and putt, and assorted indoor games on-site. A private, fenced off children’s play area with swings, slide, monkey bars, and a sandpit is available for accompanied children up to 13 years of age. A convenient shared laundry room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer ideal for washing sandy costumes after a day at the beach. Carpenter's Cottage welcomes two dogs with an exercise area and local kennels also available.
