Head through to the colourful kitchen and cook up tasty meals, as you socialise with others at the handy breakfast bar. Spend evenings in the lounge, watching TV, playing games, or getting stuck into a good book on the window seat and watching the harbour boats come and go. Upstairs are the three bedrooms; select from a king-size with Smart TV, a double bedroom, or 2 single beds. Two shower rooms complete the accommodation. Outside, you will find a fabulous terrace with stunning sea views, the perfect space for al fresco dining and evening tipples.

The charming town of Looe is split by the river that runs through it. You will find plenty of amenities on foot, all within 0.5 miles, or hop on the ferry or take the footbridge to East Looe and enjoy soaking up the sun on East Looe Beach (1 mile). Take a boat trip to Looe Island, a nature reserve owned by Cornwall Wildlife Trust, and home to a wide range of birds and animals, including seals.
