The location is appreciated for its tranquillity and proximity to local attractions, though it is not on the coast. It serves as a good base for exploring Cornwall.

While the property is generally seen as comfortable, there are mentions of uncomfortable beds, which suggests room for improvement in this area.

Having stayed before, we knew this was a quiet, isolated cluster of bungalows, perfect for our base to explore Cornwall. We were met by the lovely Julie, who showed us to our accommodation, and made sure everything was in order. We enjoyed the local footpaths to exercise our Patterdale, and although the weather wasn't perfect, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
