The property was spotlessly clean clean, very comfortable and well appointed. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, even down to booking us a table at the local pub. Moohay barn is an excellent base for exploring Cornwall being located centrally within the county. Over the years we have stayed at many holiday cottages in Cornwall but this was definitely the best weâve been to. Highly recommended! We will be returning.

Equipped with all comfort, including a lovely bed. The house is located in a super quiet rural area. Only the birds break the deafening silence. A great way to unwind. A stone's throw from Goliatha Falls, the Cheesewrings and Hurler's Stone Circles. Land's End and surroundings are also easily achievable in one day.

The accommodation is perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable stay whatever the weather. Whilst feeling a long way from the hustle & bustle of normal life, which was great, the property is only 2 miles from Liskeard which has all the facilities & shops to stock up on groceries etc. whilst staying at Mooney Barn. A short walk through the lanes takes you to Golitha Falls, a lovely wooded area on the banks of the River Fowey. In the car park for the falls is Inkieâs Smokehouse which does superb, reasonably priced food and drinks. Weâll definitely stay again and thank the very friendly and informative owners for a memorable stay.
