Second time we have stayed in this accomodation and we really love the peace and quiet of the area. The accommodation has everything you need and is very comfortable. The only thing that let it down this time is the smell of wet dog or something similar. We stay in this property because you are allowed to bring your dog but before we even settled into the property we could smell an unpleasant aroma. Brought air fresheners and that solved the problem. We used the vacuum at the end of our visit and again we could smell the smell. Maybe the filter needs changing?Everything else was great though

We loved our stay at Cotehele. It was clean, fully resourced and was surrounded by beauty. There’s plenty to do in the surrounding areas and has good road links to explore Cornwall. It’s perfect for those who want to get away and have some quiet time - we can’t wait to go back!
