The pool table and darts was lovely to have and so much fun. Darts and pool chalk all provided ready to use. Sofa not very comfortable and quite small so spent most of the time watching tv in the cinema room. Cinema room was a bit of a let down having no remotes working properly, none of the surround sound system not wired so couldn’t use and the recliner chairs was not in great condition but have brought this up while staying on site. Due to remotes not working could not change the colour changing lights but not a big issue was still nice lit up. The bed in the main bedroom is a superking so enjoyed the big bed. High standards of cleanliness, Could not fault it. Welcome box on arrival to get you started with a few small bits in and a bottle of milk in fridge. Didn’t effect our stay so no big issues.

Suited our family with 2 boys aged 20 and 16. We had a fab week. The chipped glass hadnt been replaced from previous comments, one of the chairs in cinema room in a bad state, and agree could do with some cereal bowls as others more like pasta dishes. But this didn't affect our stay. Walking around the site we have seen our next stay
