It is situated to the side of the owners farmhouse and is one of three properties offering a tranquil stay in the countryside. Close to the spectacular landscape of Bodmin Moor this cosy retreat is the perfect escape. Sleeping up to three people in comfortable accommodation, this peaceful property offers seclusion and serenity within 300 acres of working farmland. The pretty coastal towns and villages on the north coast are well worth the short drive. Visit Padstow where you can visit Rick Stein s bistro or restaurant, or head to Port Isaac. This spacious detached cottage with its own private water supply has wood flooring throughout and offers an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. The lounge area includes a wood burner effect electric fire, TV, DVD and hi fi. This leads onto the integrated kitchen offering an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. The kitchen also homes a large farmhouse style dining table and chairs, perfect for enjoying home cooked meals. There is one bedroom upstairs with one double bed and an additional single bed. The bathroom is also on this floor and includes a hand held shower over the bath and WC. The upstairs rooms both have sloped ceilings with wood interior. There are stairgates positioned at the top and bottom of the staircase if required. At the front of the property there are off road parking spaces for several cars.
