Located off the beaten track, this property is nestled in the heart of the countryside, with plenty of walking trails nearby and wonderful country views from the house. This is the perfect base from which to explore the surrounding countryside. Launceston, the ancient capital of Cornwall, is only 7 miles away and boasts a Norman castle, traditional butchers, bakers and independent shops. Beachgoers shouldn t miss a trip to nearby Bude (12 miles), which is perfect for families looking for a fun day by the sea. Trebarwith Strand (12 miles) fine sandy family beach. Crackington Haven (7 miles), Boscastle (11 miles) and Tintagel (13 miles) also make for lovely days out, or take a trip on the Launceston Steam Railway (10.5 miles). For your furry friends there are great locations to explore including Warbstow Bury a historical Hillfort, Davidstow Airfield and Crowdy Reservoir to stretch their legs too. Enter the property via the entrance hallway, off which you will find two of the three bedrooms: a king size bedroom with a Smart TV and a bunk room with Smart TV. Both rooms are spacious and have ample storage. You will also find a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC off the hallway. A cosy living area with a Smart TV and a wood burner is the perfect place to relax and watch your favourite programmes on the reclining sofas. This room has fantastic views of the countryside. Moving back through the hallway you will find a large kitchen/diner which also boasts fabulous countryside views and has a seating area with recliner chairs next to a wood burner a great spot to sit and read a book. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric Smeg range cooker, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer. The dining table comfortably seats six and there are doors leading out onto the garden. The utility room is off the kitchen and is a very useful space to kick off your boots which is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Moving upstairs, you will find the spacious master bedroom with a wonderful king size bed, a large seating area and stunning rural views. Outside is a very large garden with grassed lawn and play area, there is a decked area as well as a patio with garden furniture. The stunning summerhouse with its double doors contains a large Lazy Spa hot tub with TV and seating, a fantastic place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. There is a fully enclosed large dog kennel area should you wish to use if for your dogs. There is off road parking for three cars.
