Situated on the owner s property, this wonderful retreat is a fantastic bolt hole, perfect for exploring the counties of Cornwall and Devon, and both the North and South coasts ideal for couples and families.

The immediate area is a haven for wildlife, and walkers can enjoy some picturesque strolls direct from the property. Alternatively, Bodmin Moor, the Tamar Valley and Dartmoor National Park are waiting to be explored, all within 13 miles. If you enjoy the sea, head North and visit Bude, the quaint fishing village of Clovelly, and spectacular Hartland Point again all 13 miles away. Head South and explore an array of scenic coves and picturesque fishing villages. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include the picturesque town of Truro, and the cities of Plymouth ( 40 minutes drive) or Exeter. Enter into the beautiful stone cottage via the main entrance and into a kitchen/diner complete with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, and fridge/freezer. This really is a great place for family to congregate and socialise together after a day out in the fresh Cornish air. The lounge area is next door and offers comfy seating plenty of natural light and Smart TV to relax and enjoy your favourite programmes. Through the French doors is a glorious conservatory with seating and views out to the lake and surrounding countryside, all there for you to enjoy at your leisure. Off of the lounge up a long hallway are two bedrooms, the first bedroom is a king size with lots of storage space. The next is a zip and link twin bedroom which can be made up as king size for alternative sleeping arrangements. This room has beautiful views out over the garden. Completing the accommodation is a bathroom with shower and WC. Outside is a lovely, enclosed patio area with BBQ as well as the owner's land to use for leisure, but be aware it is a working farm with livestock and machinery so country code applies. There is also a lovely picnic area by the lake, a few steps from the conservatory. Surrounding the property there are a network of public footpaths available linking the local villages. Private parking for one car outside the property as well as additional parking in the car park. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king size and 1 twin with zip and link 2'6" singles which can also be made up as king size on request. 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
