The property s proximity to the Cornish coast is a real draw for visitors, whether they fancy spending lazy days on Bude s sandy beaches, exploring the pretty fishing village of Boscastle, or treading in the footsteps of the legendary King Arthur in the atmospheric town of Tintagel. Stepping inside this tasteful and contemporary cottage, you will find yourself in the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner a light and airy living space. The kitchen area is equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast including electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast or an evening meal. There is also access to seven acres of grounds with two lakes stocked with carp, you are welcome to fish at part of the river here, named Netherbridge Court. There is also a paddock with sheep next to this, to immerse you into the countryside way of living.
