Positioned along East Street in Polruan, next to the working boat yard, a stones throw from the local cafe, 2 pubs and local shops. The Coal Wharf and Village Quay are only a few steps away, where a passenger ferry runs back and forth to Fowey. There are plenty of places to go walking from Polruan, or if it s a day out you are looking for why not head to visit the tall ships at Charlestown, take the brewery tour in St Austell or visit the Eden project and/or the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Also for those interested in stately homes why not visit Lanhydrock near Bodmin. Enter into the kitchen/diner, which is equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. The dining area has a large oak table which can comfortably seat the whole family. Heading through to the lounge, why not relax in front of the wood burner effect electric fire and watch and admire the view over the river, or watch a film on the TV/ DVD. The property is in front of a busy working boat yard. Polruan is a quaint little village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging.
