This accommodation is set over three floors and provides the perfect setting for your family holiday the year around. Close to all the village amenities and enjoys some very special river views.

Nestling on the beautiful south coast of Cornwall alongside the river Fowey you will find the unspoilt village of Poluran with its village shop, traditional cafe and local pub. From the quaint quayside take a relaxing trip on the passenger ferry to Fowey, explore the village whilst enjoying the shops, restaurants and bars. If you can pull yourself away from the village there is so much to see and do from the beautiful coastal path to Lantic Bay then onto Polperro or even Bodinnick where you can catch the ferry back to Fowey and then Polruan. There is always something going on throughout the year from the Fowey regatta to Polruan carnival. Enter the three storey property into the ground floor into the kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom can also be found on this floor with a shower over bath and WC. Heading upstairs to the first floor you will find two bedrooms, one king size and one single. Continuing up to the second floor is the lounge where you can relax on the sofa after a busy day exploring and watch a movie on the TV/DVD or listen to some music on the smart speakers. There is no outside space at the property, however, the cottage is within paces from the beach and village quay. The property does not have any parking but there is a drop off point 100 yards from the property and there are nearby car parks where weekly tickets can be purchased. Need to know: Sleeps 3. 2 bedrooms 1 king size and 1 single. 1 bathroom. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/ dryer. Electric radiators. Bed linen and towels included. Due to the location of the cottage there is NO access to cottage by car. A luggage drop off point is approx. 100 yards from the cottage. Parking available in nearby car parks, charges apply.. Wi Fi included. Beach, 2 pubs and shops within walking distance. TV/DVD and smart speakers in lounge. Polruan is a quaint little village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging.. Many of the amenities and cottages in Polruan are accessed via slopes / steps some of which can be steep. Please contact us if you have specific requirements.. There are many small winding streets that are not suitable for cars, therefore many properties in Polruan do not have private parking. However, there is a large pay and display carpark at the top of the village about a 5 8 minute walk..
