This cottage is upside-down in order to make the best use of its stunning harbour views. It's a wonderful property and location for a family to have great fun on their holiday while also making a great location for adult groups of couples looking to explore and eat out. Find yourself at the centre of village life when you stay, walk to the local shop each morning to pick up daily supplies or get up early to wander along a quiet harbour and catch the sunrise.

A quaint and cosy property with neutral colours creating a peaceful ambience. It's a homely cottage that welcomes canines, so you could spend your days walking the dogs through National Trust-owned land and following the coast and creek walk, before returning to snuggle up in front of a good film or getting out a board game to play together.

The sandy shores of Lantic Bay are less than 2 miles away and Fowey is a ferry-ride across the estuary. While in Fowey you can visit St Catherine's Castle, walk along the Readymoney beach or see colourful fish swimming around the aquarium. Visit the Eden Project (16 miles) and walk through the tropical domes to see odd and unusual varieties of plants from across the globe or drive 19 miles for a magical stroll around The Lost Gardens of Heligan.

- Polruan is a quaint little village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging.

- Many of the amenities, ferries and cottages in Polruan are accessed via steps some of which can be steep. Please contact us if you have specific requirements.

- There are many small winding streets that are not suitable for cars, therefore many properties in Polruan do not have private parking. However, there is a large pay and display carpark at the top of the village.
