Perfectly positioned in the heart of this traditional fishing village with beach, shop and pub within paces from the cottage. This reverse level house is ideal for small families, arranged over three floors with the lounge on the top floor to make the most of the wonderful river views. Take the passenger ferry which offers a service every fifteen minutes over to Fowey, offering further shops, pubs and restaurants. For outdoor enthusiasts the property is within easy reach of the South West Coast Path and slightly further afield is Cardinham Woods with its waymarked trails through scenic woodland. For family days out visit the Eden Project with is Biomes, Polperro Model Village and Porfell Wildlife Park. Enter the property on the ground floor and step into the snug/ bootroom with electric fire. Also on this floor is the bathroom with shower over the bath, WC and a utility area which is housed in a cupboard with washing machine and heated drying rack. Heading up the stairs to the first floor you will find the two bedrooms, a spacious and bright double with TV and a bunk bedroom, perfect for children. A further set of stairs leads to the second floor where you will find the lounge with wonderful views of the river and quayside. After a day of exploring the area, relax on the sofa and enjoy your favourite movie on the TV/DVD or lose yourself in a good book. Create a light lunch or evening meal in the kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave and gather around the dining table with seating for four. There is no outside space with this property, however the beach and village quayside are only a few paces from the front door. Many of the amenities, ferries and cottages in Polruan are accessed via steps some of which can be steep. Please contact us if you have specific requirements.. There are many small winding streets that are not suitable for cars, therefore many properties in Polruan do not have private parking. However, there is a large pay and display carpark at the top of the village..
