Once at the coast, you can join the South West Coast Path, a spectacular long-distance trail showcasing some of Cornwall’s finest coves, beaches, and harbour villages. Explore the neighbouring destinations of Polruan (3.5 miles) and Fowey (4 miles): Polruan offers a quieter, more picturesque atmosphere with cafes, shops and pubs, while Fowey is a lively harbour town bustling with attractions and waterside charm.

Offering a one-of-a-kind stay, this beautifully designed yurt has been thoughtfully created with comfort and character in mind. One of four similar yurts on the site, each is carefully positioned to provide plenty of space, privacy, and peaceful surroundings. Inside, sturdy canvas walls enclose a welcoming living and sleeping area centred around a double bed. Futon beds provide additional sleeping space for up to two guests, while a cast-iron wood burner keeps the yurt warm and cosy on cooler evenings. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are located just a short stroll away and are illuminated by solar-powered lighting for convenience after dark. Set within the Grade II-listed granary building, the shared kitchen is well-equipped with gas hobs and an oven for preparing meals. Adjacent to this, the bathroom facilities include a fully plumbed shower room with running water.

Outside, the yurt benefits from a charming private area illuminated by fairy lights, creating the perfect setting for sunny afternoons and relaxed evenings. The wooden deck features outdoor seating and a fire pit with a tripod stand for open-air cooking. Guests can also enjoy shared facilities across the site, including pizza ovens used during regular pizza evenings, a shared lawn with picnic tables, and a games barn with table football, table tennis, badminton and basketball. For ultimate relaxation, the on-site spa area includes a wood-fired hot tub, sauna, and invigorating cold plunge shower, all free for guests to use. Allocated parking for two cars is available in the shared car park.
