Venture into the village and take the Newquay branch line or enjoy a day at Eden project. Walk The Saints way to Padstow or Fowey, discover the historic clay trail or hire a bike to cycle the Camel Trail. This cottage is perfectly situated to enjoy all the delights that Cornwall has to offer!

Excellent cottage, super location , situated very close to Eden Project as well as the southern coastal delights of Fowey and Charlestown. Luxulyan Valley is worth a walk through. The cottage is surrounded by fields and is quiet. Approach roads are quite narrow, just look for the passing places. Parking is off the road. 2 garden patio areas. Everything in the cottage was well found, nothing missing. It was also cosy even in November.
