Villa 1 is a fabulous property in the village of Mullion in the popular county of Cornwall. This holiday home boasts stunning beach views from the balcony and has access to heated onsite swimming pools alongside plenty more facilities, so it is perfect for a family looking for a trip away. Enter your new holiday abode into the hall, then make your way up to the fine open-plan living area. Pick between the two sofas to sit down and sink into as you turn on holiday mode. Battle for the TV remote to try and convince everyone your favourite show is the best, as you get accustomed to your fabulous surroundings.

After an episode of your show goes by, get some swimwear on to test out the indoor or outdoor swimming pool. Dry off with a friendly competition of tennis or let the kids run free in the playground. When your stomachs start to rumble, come back inside to make the most out of the fully-fitted kitchen. Use the electric oven and hobs to make something so delicious that the smell alone draws everyone to the dining table. After eating, look out onto the sea from the balcony and watch on with a drink as the waves serenade you. Then venture into the back garden to appreciate the beautiful scenery as the sunset approaches.

When the stars start to reflect on the sea, call it a night by making your way back downstairs. Choose from the three double beds for some rest, with one having a TV to wave you off to dreamland. Once well-rested, start the day off either using the en-suite shower room or the bathroom for a soak in the bath. Mullion is a large village on the Lizard Peninsula, five miles south of Helston and just over five miles from Lizard Point, the most southerly tip of mainland Britain. The village is home to a selection of popular restaurants, shops and pubs, Mullion Meadows Chocolate Factory and coffee shop, as well as Mullion Cove, a pretty working harbour. Helston is a pleasant busy market town famous for its Flora Day Festival and the many stories and legends about the "Furry Dance" are told in the fascinating Helston Folk Museum. Further afield is the harbour town of Falmouth to the east and Land's End to the west. Mullion is a wonderful holiday destination offering plenty of attractions for the whole family.
