Helston is a lovely, busy market town known for its Flora Day Festival and the various stories and legends about the "Furry Dance" that are told at the intriguing Helston Folk Museum. The National Seal Sanctuary on the Helford River is nestled in a serene location, with plenty of amusement watching seals frolic and feed.
