Lovely week in a lovely cottage. Pity about the weather. But it didn’t detract from a good find which we would use again

Absolutely beautiful cottage, much bigger than on the pictures. The garden was great for our dogs too!

We loved staying in Pencaire. It's a traditional miner's cottage and remained deliciously cool in the hot weather. The kitchen is beautiful and very thoughtfully appointed. It was easy to use. The stairs are steep and the landing a little precarious if you have a mobility issue, but the beds are extremely comfortable and we slept well in such peaceful surroundings. The host was kind and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the garden too, spending time there reading and enjoying the view. We would 100% recommend the cottage.
