The majority of reviews highlight the tranquil setting and good amenities, with several guests returning for repeat stays.

Cleanliness received mixed feedback. Several guests found the lodge clean and tidy, but others reported issues such as musty smells, dust, stained bedding, and furniture needing a deep clean. End-of-season stays and pet-friendly policies may have contributed to some negative experiences.

The location is highly praised, with guests describing it as peaceful, beautiful, and perfectly situated for exploring Cornwall. Proximity to local attractions and the harbour is frequently mentioned as a highlight.

Guests generally found the lodges comfortable, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and amenities. However, repeated mentions of creaky beds and dated furniture affected some guests' sleep and overall comfort.

This needs a bucket full of TLC. The cleanliness was quite bad, furniture very old and scarred. Settees need cleaning as do the dining room chairs. Also the carpets in bedrooms need a clean. The patio furniture needs jet washing as there was lichen on it from the winter time. I always strip the bed before leaving, and found blood on the mattress cover, this really made me quite disgusted as these things should be checked at every change over.

Lovely lodge with excellent hot tub. The lodge is showing some signs of age, but lovely location, beautiful scenery and couldn't fault anything Will definitely be looking at Mullion Cove for future minibreaks
