Cadgwith has an array of amenities, including a pub, shops and a restaurant, or travel a short way to Coverack or Porthleven for a wider choice. Enjoy dramatic cliff top walks on the South West Coast Path, venture to the Lizard, relax on Cadgwith beach, or explore the other beautiful bays nearby such as Kynance or Poldhu Cove. Penzance is just a short drive away for high street shops and a range of leisure activities, alternatively other nearby attractions include the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Flambards Theme Park, and the Minack theatre. In a reverse level layout, the ground floor of the property features two bedrooms, one with twin beds and one single room, both with nautically themed décor. Also on the ground floor is the family bathroom, with electric shower over bath and WC. Stairs lead up to the cosy, homely lounge/diner, which is a lovely light room, making you feel right at home and at ease on your holiday. From the comfortable sofas, you can enjoy the views down the pretty cobbled lanes and further to the sea, or cuddle up to watch something on the TV/DVD. The dining table is perfect for those home cooked meals, and you can listen to some relaxing music on the iPod dock while enjoying your meal. Adjacent to the living space, the kitchen is well equipped with anything you could need on your break, including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The third bedroom is also on the first floor, offering light and comfy accommodation with a double bed. There is a shared outdoor courtyard area for relaxing in the sunshine, and a parking permit is provided for the village car park which is within a five minute walk of the property.
