Allow the designated chef to get acquainted in the kitchen, whipping up a hearty feast with assistance from the appliances. Gather round the dining table and enjoy the company of each other before getting out a board game brought from home. Move to the bedrooms to catch your rest, with a double and two twins on offer, serviced by a sleek shower room. When you’re ready to explore, Parbola Holiday Park makes a fantastic base and offers lots of amenities, including an outdoor heated pool available during the summer months. If you fancy a night off cooking, treat the group to a meal in the nearby Royal Standard, which is dog-friendly so your canine companions can join! Within a five minute drive lies The Cornish Trevaskis Farm, a real countryside escape with quality market and butchers, plus a chance to pick your own fruit and veg. The golden expanse of Gwithian Towans lies nearby, so remember to pack your seaside equipment, whilst further along the coast rests the popular town of St Ives, a must for those art enthusiasts with the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Tate St Ives on offer. Settled in West Cornwall, two miles east of Hayle, sits the small village of Gwinear. The village sits on a hill with expansive views from the northern end of the village down to the Angarrack valley. Within the village is a dog-friendly pub, The Royal Standard, serving a hearty menu and selection of ales, plus there is a spacious beer garden. There is also a 3/4 acre market garden, Herland Roots, selling local, seasonal produce via weekly collection or a delivery service. Just under five miles away lies Gwithian Towans Beach, a stunning stretch of Cornish sand that forms part of three miles of beach called The Towans (Cornish for 'dune').
