The lovely open-plan layout of the living area makes for an inviting space to relax in and features like under floor heating, plush carpeting and Smart TV’s in every bedroom lend a really luxurious feel to the property. A super kitchen can be found at the centre of the home and there’s a large dining table with seating for six that makes a great place for socializing. The remote-control fireplace keeps things cosy on those evenings when a bit of lounging around is called for, and when you're in the mood for outdoor entertaining you’ll discover a spacious patio complete with seating and a barbecue.

Beautifully designed by the owners and RHS Hampton Court Gold medal winning designers there's a level garden which is enclosed and features a vertical wall of succulents as well as a rockery.

For larger groups, the neighbouring cottage, Oak, can be booked to accommodate up to 12 people. The fence between the two has been designed as a Bifold fence that can be opened if guests are from the same overall party to make a wonderful entertaining space. There is plenty of free off-road parking and outdoor showers for dogs and surf boards.

*New* Dogs can be exercised off lead in the ‘Doggie Play Paddock’, a two acre cut grass paddock which is stock proof and fenced to 5 feet high and has boarded gates. Dog agility equipment is also provided for lots of fun!

The on site Big Green Shed Cafe is open from 9 - 4pm from Wednesday to Sunday
