About this property

Hayle 1.3 miles. Settled on the grounds of Tolroy Manor Holiday Park in the peaceful hamlet of St. Erth Praze, in Cornwall, rests this charming three-bedroom holiday home, 6 Strawberry Hill. Comfortably sleeping up to five guests whilst enjoying a fabulous selection of on-site facilities and close proximity to the beach, 6 Strawberry Hill is an idyllic base for a retreat to Cornwall. Park up in either of your off-road parking spaces before unloading your bags and stepping inside your new home-from-home to begin your staycation. Be charmed by the open-plan living space upon entry, home to a snug seating area gathered in front of the television, where guests can look forward to settling down following a day of adventure to enjoy a movie marathon with their loved ones. Discover the pint-sized kitchen tucked away at the rear of the sociable space, well-equipped with a range of conveniences to help rustle up tasty treats throughout your staycation, including an electric oven and hob as well as a handy microwave, kettle and toaster. Uncork a bottle of wine and serve the fruits of your labor at the nearby dining table, or take your dining experience outdoors with a sociable seat on the patio, where you can recount the days adventures as you soak in the peaceful setting of the surrounding greenery. As the day draws to a close, retreat indoors and climb the stairs to the first floor where you'll find three well-presented bedrooms, a double, a twin and a single, each beautifully-decorated with a nautical blue colour scheme, in a delightful nod to the nearby coastline. Completing the property is a family bathroom, fit with a bath and an overhead shower, giving guests the choice between soaking their tired toes in the bath at the end of a busy day, or kick-starting their day with a quick morning rinse. Take advantage of your location on Tolroy Manor Holiday Park and head to the on-site swimming pool to make a splash, test your swing with a game of tennis, or treat yourself to a well deserved drink served alongside a spot of live entertainment at the bar. Pack up your beach going essentials and head for the glorious golden sands of Hayle Beach, where you can paddle the shores of the tranquil waters, bask in the suns rays, or build sandcastles with the little ones. After working up an appetite, head into the heart of Hayle where you'll discover a fantastic range of eateries to choose from; indulge in a spot of pub grub at The Cornish Arms or savour fresh fish and chips and a peaceful stroll along the promenade. Lace up your walking boots and embark on a two-footed adventure along the South West Coast Path to the pint-sized village of Carbis Bay, or venture further afield to St Ives, where you can explore the unique grounds of the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden, marvel at the spectacular workings of art on display at the Tate St Ives, or catch the train to discover more delights of this marvellous region. Whether you're looking for adventure or escape, choose a stay at 6 Strawberry Hill.

Settled on the banks of an rspb wildlife estuary in the south western corner of Cornwall rests the charming port town of Hayle. Decorated with a glorious sandy beach, Hayle is an idyllic base for a seaside staycation, whilst the Paradise Park wildlife sanctuary and golf course offer entertainment away from the water. Shame the trees in front of the property are so tall as they made the living area quite dark, but to be honest we didn’t spend much time in the property so it didn’t spoil our stay. Lovely complex to walk around before setting off to explore the many beautiful beaches nearby.
