… in the heart of Gerrans and a few hundred yards from sister village Portscatho with its village shops, galleries and sandy beach, a large house with 18th cent. origins. In front, a neatly fenced paved area (bench) and, just opposite, parking space and privately gated lawned and paved garden area (seating) with games garage (table football, small table tennis). To one side, the tiny heritage centre and village green.
Door from little front area to big flagstone-floored kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, microwave, larder fridge) with two large sofas; living room with big fireplace (open fire) and TV/DVD/video; little snug with TV/DVD; ground-floor shower-room (suite). Stairs (stairgates) up to three bedrooms – a big roomy double (5’ bed) with glimpse of the sea and fine views to the church, another double, and a roomy twin; big shower-room (suite) and bathroom (suite). Back door to outhouse (washing machine, tumble drier, fridge-freezer). Dogs permitted in kitchen/snug area only. Arrival after 4pm and departure by 11am. A roomy, comfortable home within a short stroll of the family pub and 500 yards from the Coast Path.
