Watch House is a modern, comfortable apartment situated close to the slipway at Caffa Mill. The accommodation is on two levels, with the open plan living space on the top floor, offering you superb views of the estuary below.
It is only a 10 minute stroll along the estuary into Fowey, where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes.

Howard Fountain
Our third visit here was just as good as before. A great location with parking, overlooking the river. The upgrades to the oven, microwave, placemats and the timely window clean were all welcome. A little TLC to the staircase decor, kitchen drawer and breakfast bar panel would complete the transformation.However none of this detracted from a very comfortable stay within walking distance of the shops, restaurant and small beach.

very pleasant break in a super property in a great location. Location excellent as expected car parking great bonus. For my wife removal of the cobwebs in the velux windows and vaulted ceiling. Small point but better lighting in the living area one of the 3 lights didnt work and the dimmer switch on another didn't work some low lights would have been better.

This was our second visit to the Watch House, previously we left a 5 star review, but things have changed.1. Cobwebs with dead flies in apex of the large main room window and velux window over the kitchen area.2. Cobwebs with flies on wall of main bedroom.3. Blown lightbulb in main roomThe furniture is not new but I don’t expect that, especially at the price we paid.The problems stated are such a shame as this is a very reasonable priced and well equipped holiday home and amazingly has a car parking space.
