A super cottage with great harbour views, a patio and garden. Located right in the centre of Fowey just minutes from the quays, shops and restaurants.

Yardam Cottage is a modern holiday home with the privilege of having a garden with river views. The rooms are light and spacious with many windows and if watching the boats makes you feel like taking a boat trip, then the harbour is just a short walk away. The little shops and quays in Fowey are also just waiting to be explored.

Kitchen & Utilities: Range cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

Nearest beach: Less than 1 mile. 

Nearest amenities: Less than 1 mile. 

Outdoors: Lawned garden, patio, garden furniture and barbecue.

Parking: No parking, unloading is possible within 50 yards of the property. Parking is available in the public car park around 450 yards away.

Family facilities: None provided. 

Pets: No pets allowed, sorry.

General: Gas and electricity included in rent. Gas central heating throughout.

Important notes: This property is not suitable for babies or children under the age of 8, due to raised garden area. No smoking, no pets.

Please note: The property is on an accessible pathway/through path approx width of two pushchairs, set above the main street. This path is reached by a flight of steps at either end. One end near the Lugger pub approx 100m away are 15 very steep steps, the other end close to the property is 9 granite more manageable steps and a short walk towards the property (approx 10m) this is the end and access that you will briefly unload your car at before parking.

    This was a wonderful home and we were delighted to rent it for the week - thank you! We LOVED the overall design and feel - beautiful. Really thoughtful touches like the non-slip covers on the sofas, the twin fridges, the electric blinds, the bi-fold doors, the new ensuite shower room with heated mirror - the list could go on. This home has a beautifully thought-through design and implementation - high quality fixtures and fittings. Thanks too for the welcome tray, including wine (!) on arrival - nice touch.

    We had a lovely time at Yardam Cottage. We had almost everything we needed (just needed some extra toilet roll right at the end of our stay!). The place was well located, had wonderful views and was exactly what we were looking for. One thing to note and should be on the listing: there is a neighbourhood cat who visits the property regularly and is not afraid to come into the house - whilst we loved having a cat there, someone with allergies or otherwise may prefer advance warning of this.

    Stunning location and property. The quality of the equipment and furnishing far exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this property. We were worried about the parking in Fowey so we bought a Rover ticket for £60 as everyone said it would be a nightmare to get a space and at least that would give us the choice of three car parks in Fowey. However, we arrived to find several spaces in the Main Car park and only cost £25 to park for the week. This was in late June.
