Perfectly located at the top of Polruan village with parking and a stroll to the harbour, Polruan is an ancient fishing village famous for its boat building heritage. Perfectly positioned on the Fowey river estuary, which is a thriving centre for fishing, seafaring, shipbuilding and agriculture. There are a choice of two village pubs in Fowey and a passenger ferry that will take you across the estuary. Further afield there are plenty of places to visit and things to do, why not visit the tall ships at Charlestown, take the brewery tour in St Austell or visit the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.
