Whilst staying in this delightful property you can take the ferry across to the bustling town of Fowey with its winding streets waterside restaurants shops and galleries. Situated by the slipway is Ferryside Daphne du Maurier s house which is now a private house. The property is also ideally located to explore the all the delights Cornwall has to offer for walkers there are plenty of trails and paths to follow including the South West Coast Path and Hall Walk. Why not visit the Eden Project the Lost Gardens of Heligan or historic villages of Looe and Polperro. Entering this property on the ground floor to the right there is a beautiful lounge/snug with a comfy sofa located perfectly to read a book or the watch the TV. From here double doors lead out to the decked area. Also on this floor you will find the utility room with a washing machine and fridge/freezer. Completing the ground floor is the shower room with shower and WC.
