The Lookout is exceptionally well presented by the owners and provides comfortable accommodation for up to four guests. The sub-tropical grounds of Port Pendennis are extensive and you can wander around to your heart’s content. There is a communal tennis court for use within the grounds available free of charge, rackets and balls are also provided.
The lift, or one flight of stairs, takes you to the first floor. Here you will find the two bedrooms, and the living areas with marina views from the bay window. This stunning apartment, within the Port Pendennis Marina Village is an ideal place to stay when visiting Falmouth. Port Pendennis is a lovely development, part of which is built around a small marina and is located less than a 5-minute flat walk from a superb mix of attractions, pubs, restaurants and shops around the waterfront area. Not only very close to town, it is also only a 10-minute walk to the sea front and approximately 15 minutes’ walk to the beach.
If you are feeling a little more energetic, the stroll around Pendennis Point and Castle provides some of the finest views across the Carrick Roads to St Mawes and out across Falmouth Bay towards the Helford estuary. There is also a passenger ferry across to the beautiful villages of Flushing and St Mawes.

We had a lovely time, the flat was in a very peaceful setting, but only a few minutes walk to Falmouth town centre. The beaches are superb. It was a large flat with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a little welcome pack of biscuits, and the flowers were a beautiful touch. We loved staying there and will definitely book The lookout again.
