Charming, tranquil, convenient and full of character: Rosemullion is one of Falmouth’s most attractive guest residences. A stone’s throw from Gyllyngvase Beach and a short walk from the station and town centre, Rosemullion is an ideal choice for both a holiday in Falmouth or a short business or university-related stay. Built as a gentleman's residence in the late 19th century, Rosemullion will leave a strong impression on you. We pride ourselves on the convivial yet peaceful atmosphere we have created; recognising, for example, that not everyone wants to be disturbed by the sound of small children or noise from a bar. That's why we do not cater for young children or have a bar of our own.

We are situated at top of Gyllyngvase Hill with one of the best Blue Flag beaches in Cornwall a short distance away at the bottom of the hill. At the same time, the east side of Falmouth town centre is only about 10 minutes' walk away. Rosemullion is also an ideal base for touring West Cornwall, with major destinations such as Helston, St. Michael's Mount, Penzance, Land's End, St Ives, Newquay, Padstow and the Eden Project all within 1 hour's drive from here.

Rosemullion has 13 rooms in total – 11 are en suite and 2 bedrooms have private facilities. We have a choice of king, double or twin-bedded rooms with either bath and shower en suite or toilet and shower en suite. All our rooms have colour digital television with Freeview; central heating; tea and coffee facilities; free wi-fi internet access; hairdryers; and radio alarm clocks. We can also arrange ironing and laundry facilities if required.

Special to Rosemullion

We have two bedrooms with their own balcony. One (No.8) has a king-size bed with private bathroom facilities and offers glorious sea views over Falmouth Bay. Here you can sit and enjoy sunrise over the castle or watch the sails darting across the bay in the evening sunshine. The other room (No 9) has a double bed with a large shower and toilet en-suite offering views to the West. We have three rooms with superb views over Falmouth Bay. We have several rooms with king-size beds, situated on three floors. We also have three ground floor rooms offering easy access.
