The living/dining room has a large L-shaped sofa for cosying up on at the end of a busy day, as well as stunning views across a flat roof to the sea beyond. The well designed kitchen has a range of modern equipment, making it perfect for whipping up a romantic holiday meal. Pipit is located less than a 10 minute flat walk from a superb mix of attractions, pubs, restaurants and shops around the waterfront area. It is a short walk to Event Square which is bustling throughout the year. Not only very close to town, it is also only a 2-minute walk to the sea front and approximately 10 minutes walk to the beach. If you are feeling a little more energetic, the stroll around Pendennis Point and Castle provides some of the finest views across the Carrick Roads to St Mawes and out across Falmouth Bay towards the Helford estuary. Beach 170 yards.

Had a great holiday in Pipit in Falmouth. Bed very comfy, slept well. Shower on the tiny side, but did the job. Sofa really needs replacing as it is ripped in several places and smells.However, Pipit perfectly placed for beaches, town and places of interest; Pendennis Castle an easy walk from Pipit. Will visit again.

Great place for exploring Cornwall. Apartment is small but comfortable and quiet. It has it's own parking and a view of the sea, if you ignore the back of the next door hotel. We would stay here again if we were in the area.
