Penwarne Farmhouse is on the edge of a complex of renovated barns with views out to Falmouth Bay, inland to Pendennis Castle. The home is a light, spacious and caters for up to six guests, in a king-size, double and twin bedroom, all of which boast a range of modern furnishings for storage purposes and lovely views across the countryside. The property is well-equipped with two large sofas in the lounge which has a 40" Smart TV, a kitchen/diner to the rear of the property and a conservatory overlooking a large front garden which gives you privacy for entertaining, as well as barbecues. Falmouth also hosts many vibrant festivals during the year including Falmouth Week, Oyster Festival, Sea Shanty Festival and occasionally the Tall Ships visit, not to mention the Red Arrows which usually come for Falmouth Week. A short walk from the property is one of Cornwall's oldest campsites and have been offering visitors a relaxed and safe environment to enjoy their holidays since 1920. The owner is pleased to have many people revisit and has become more popular for our stunning sea views, children's adventure playground, nearby beaches and many other tourist attractions.
