Everything was spoilt by lack of ventilation , no window could be opened. Is this legal as in a fire risk ? The fan that was provided was very noisy and didn’t help with the heat at all. The lack of cutlery, ie 2 teaspoons and minimum crockery meant the dishwasher was useless as I had to wash everything ready to be used again. I text Ryan (the number I had to text if any problem) to say we were leaving early because we couldn’t stay any longer in the unbearable heat and his response was, I hope you enjoyed your stay as much as you could in this heatwave. He obviously disregarded the problem in his property.
