For a beachside adventure slightly further afield, visit Poly Joke Beach, accessed via a scenic walk over the common or by car to its car park in close reach of the beach, here you can find stunning coves and cliff walks, as well as offering opportunities to spot seals, sea birds and beautiful wild flowers. You can also head towards the Tudor manor house Trerice and bush up on your history, with its knot garden, period furnishings and even an on-site shop and restaurant. If you’re feeling active, explore the surrounding area by bike, with a multitude of cycling routes linking to Newquay and Perranporth, there’s so much scenic excitement to be explored here.
