On the first floor you will find three welcoming bedrooms, choose from two doubles or a single room, all sharing a gleaming bathroom, offering the ideal layout for a family or friends to rest between their adventures. At the rear of the property is an enclosed lawned garden with furniture and a charcoal barbecue, so you can enjoy a spot of alfresco dining in the summer months. Positioned within the village of Constantine, you will find numerous walking routes from your doorstep. Head to Scott's Quay, an inlet of the Helford River, enjoy a pub lunch at Trengilly Wartha, one of several good pubs in the area or wander through bluebell woods nearby. For strolls amongst greenery, head to Trebah Garden or Penjerrick Garden nearby; due to the region's gentle climate this area allows gardens to thrive, ideal for exploring. Spend a day on the coast at Falmouth where you can indulge in delicious local produce and seafood straight off the boat in its impressive harbour. You'll find numerous places to eat here as well as many good family friendly attractions explore such as Pendennis Castle or you could even take a trip to pretty St Mawes on the ferry.The nearby areas are also home to the National Seal Sanctuary at Gweek, for the animal lovers of the group, or for a spot of history while you are in the area, visit the cathedral city of Truro, hosting luscious sandy beaches at Gyllyngvase and Swanpool and many pretty harbour villages, as well as a magnificent cathedral.
