La Mouette is a beautifully presented property in the heart of Falmouth - close enough to walk into town, yet just far enough away to avoid the bustle if you're looking for a peaceful afternoon in the garden. The historic port of Falmouth caters for most interests with plenty of restaurants and pubs,  as well as the National Maritime Museum. A trip to 16th century Pendennis castle is well worth while as is Trebah Gardens.  Alternatively get some exercise by enjoying one of the many scenic walks that surround the beautiful Fal estuary, or visit the beaches at Swanpool or Gyllnvase.

This spacious house has beautiful views of the estuary, and a sunny patio area where guests can relax or dine alfresco watching the comings and goings in the harbour. The house has a large sitting room with comfy sofas, patio doors leading to the terrace, a separate dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen. There are 3 light and airy bedrooms, with a master en-suite, and a sunny garden and terrace.

Front door to hallway.

Lounge with L shaped sofa, large, wall-mounted flat screen TV and DVD player, and patio doors to the terrace. 

Well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, American style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Dining room with seating for 6.

Ground floor double bedroom 1 with 4ft 6in double bed and patio doors to the terrace.

Small office with workstation desk.

Family bathroom with bath, handheld shower, hand basin, WC and bidet.

Period staircase to first floor. Master bedroom 2 with 6ft bed and small en-suite shower room with hand basin and WC.

Twin bedroom 3 with two 3ft zip link beds (can be joined to create double, please specify choice at time of booking).

Outside

Terrace furnished with picnic table. Views of the estuary. Sloping enclosed garden. 

Parking

Designated parking space for 3 cars including garage space.
