Similarly equipped is the second double bedroom; this room includes additional storage, as well as a large double bed. The final bedroom houses twin beds, ideal for children. The bathroom has a simplistic elegance and has been designed with a clean décor in mind. Here you will find a WC, basin and a shower over bath. Outside, there is access to the private patio area with barbecue, in addition to the communal plunge pool, tennis courts and on-site bar and restaurant. Off-road parking is available for one car. Moreover, the local pub can be found within a mile of the house, and then nearest shop is a mere 5-minute drive away. For days out, Pendennis Castle is a 15-minute drive and the sandy beach of Gyllyngvase can be located within a 10-minute drive from the property. Gillan provides excellent facilities, with modern interiors and is located in the perfect location for a family getaway.

The historic Pendennis Castle is also found within this town, which hosts panoramic sea views. To the South West of the town is Trebah Garden, which has subtropical plants for nature lovers.
