A comfortable two bedroom stone built cottage in the heart of the countryside, on the edge of Bodmin Moor, yet within easy access to major link roads to the North and South coasts.   This cottage is set within a working smallholding with a variety of animals which you will pass by as you drive to this pretty cottage.  There are delightful walks directly from the cottage and miles of cycle tracks are close at hand.   It has partially enclosed garden, with seating area and a lawn to relax upon.

Lounge: with three seater sofa and two arm chair,  wood stove, Freeview TV, DVD player and DVDs, CD player, coffee table.

Kitchen/Dining room:  with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, electric kettle.  

Washing machine. Dining table and chairs.

Master Double bedroom: with 4ft 6in double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe.

Twin bedroom: with tow 3ft single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Family Bathroom: with walk in shower cubicle, WC and hand basin, under floor heating. 

If requested, a single bed can be added to the master bedroom for an additional guest.

Outside:  semi enclosed garden with lawn and table and chairs.

Parking: Parking space within the garden for two cars.

Included: Bed linen and towels are provided but no beach towels, so please bring your own. WiFi, electricity and heating.

Telephone: No land line.  Mobile reception mixed to fair.

Pets: Yes, up to two well behaved dogs. At an additional cost of £30.00 per pet, per week.
