The Granary is approached through electric double gates to a communal courtyard. There is parking to the side of the garage as well as parking to the front of the property.

Upon entering the ground floor of The Granary you will find two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has a King size bed with luxury mattress, an ensuite shower room with double drench shower, 1 x basin & WC, mirror light, shaver point and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2 has large twin beds (zip/link, can be a super-king-size on request) and a Smart TV.

The ground & first floor accommodation benefits from an under floor heating system. The family bathroom is equipped with an oversized bath with overhead shower, 1 x basin & WC, mirror light, shaving point and heated towel rail. The Granary is also equipped with hairdryers, hair straighteners and Bluetooth speakers, and all rooms have digital thermostats for guest comfort. Stairs lead to the first floor which features a spacious open plan lounge with kitchen and dining area with balcony and log burner. The kitchen is very well equipped with a built-in microwave, dishwasher and fridge, It has a washing machine, induction hob, coffee machine and a halogen convection oven cooker (air fryer) there is also an additional fridge/freezer in the garage. The dining table is large, with ample room for 4 plus guests, there are also 2 bistro chairs and a small table for those coffee and toast moments on the external terrace off the kitchen. The lounge has a large sofa with plump cushions plus 2 arm chairs, mood lighting, a large Smart TV, Bose Surround sound & DVDs for those movie nights, a PlayStation for the kids entertainment and a trunk full of games.

There is a BBQ and outside seating area with rattan chairs, stools and a table in the rear garden. The Granary offers guests the use of its wood fired hot tub, a simple, eco-friendly way of enjoying a heated outdoor soak. Once the hot tub is filled with freshwater and your wood is in the stove then light a fire and wait for it to heat up - alternatively on a hot summers day fill the tub with cold water and have a cool soak. The tub is complete with lighting and massaging air jets. The tub is emptied after each guests' stay.

There is also an outside hose for washing down dogs (or kids), whilst the garage offers additional storage for guest bikes, wetsuits or similar. There is also an additional fridge/freezer, games table, ironing board and even buckets and spades!

The old market town of Camelford nearby is located close to Cornwall's north coast and is ideally situated for exploring the wild country of Bodmin Moor and the high cliffs, hidden coves, fishing villages and surfing beaches that populate this beautiful area. The shops in this old market town have delicious local produce. The South West Coastal Path is a year-round attraction and the surrounding villages and hamlets harbour a wealth of country inns and restaurants. With Wadebridge for a great day out shopping and the Camel Trail for biking and walking, Launceston the old capital of Cornwall with its 13th-century castle, Camelford with the best fish and chips you’ll ever taste, Padstow and Port Isaac for fine dining, Bossiney, Trebarwith and Tregardock beaches for surfing and the fascinating tiny worlds of the rock pools, along with Tintagel, Boscastle, Polzeath and the myriad of other coastal villages to enjoy.
