Pennard is a spacious detached bungalow, built around a central courtyard, just two miles from the north coast and beaches of Portreath, Godrevy and Gwithian. The bungalow has four bedrooms, a large master bedroom with en-suite and a further main bathroom and additional wet room. An additional sitting room can be converted to use as an additional bedroom. Pennard is in a peaceful area and ideally located for visiting both the rugged north coast and the tranquil coves and creeks of the south coast. Close to Tehidy Country Park and Golf Course and the fabulous surf beach of Portreath. Easy access to the flat, private and enclosed rear garden and patio. Convenient for the A30 which enables visitors to explore the county with ease: Falmouth with the National Maritime Museum, St Ives with the Tate Gallery, Penzance with the nearby fishing harbour of Newlyn and Mousehole with its art galleries. Visit Lands End, the north coast, ideal for surfing enthusiasts, and the south coast perfect for sailing, fishing and coastal walks. Shops ¼ mile, pub 1 mile and restaurant 2 miles.

We had a fantastic time at pennard. Fantastic location for our needs .Very Easy to get to from the A30 .Very secure for our four legged friend as well.It's a beautiful bungalow right on the end off tehidy woods ideal for dogs and walkers. North cliff is a short distance by car also portreath beach is near by .Parts off the bungalow needs a bit off tender love care ,over all it was fantastic size with loads of space to chill in ,nice patio for having breakfast on .But would must definitely return.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Pennard. Locality central to visiting other places. Spacious accommodation. Safe for young children and pets.We thought addition of a hot tub would be good.
