Situated in a peaceful, central position. This two bedroom converted barn is one of two located on a working farm in the heart of the countryside.

Well situated for a Cornish touring holiday, the beaches on the south coast are a short drive away as are the fishing villages of Looe and Polperro. Plymouth with its Hoe, Barbican, and National Marine Aquarium, and other attractions including the Adrenalin Quarry, The Eden Project and wakeboarding at Siblyback Lake are also within good driving distance. Also great for day trips are Dartmoor and the North Cornwall coast, famed for its rugged coastline, surfing beaches and quaint fishing villages. A large proportion of this quaint property enjoys an open plan layout. With its exposed wooden ceiling beams it retains much of its rural character. The lounge/kitchen/diner is well furnished with ample comfortable seating, TV/DVD and focal woodburner to warm the room on a cooler winters evening. Bi fold doors open out to the patio area, bringing the outside in and looking out at the view. The kitchen area includes an electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. Along the corridor are the bedrooms, the first of which is a king size with en suite shower and WC, while the other bedroom is a twin. Nearby is a bathroom with WC. Step outside, where you can relax on the enclosed decked area with seating or on the surrounding lawn with BBQ. There is a shared utility room that contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is ample off road parking for two cars. There are plenty of leisure facilities on site, where you can enjoy the indoor swimming pool (open end of March end of October), exclusively available for guests of the two holiday properties. The games room contains a pool table and table football. There is children's play equipment outside for both barns to enjoy. The River Inny cuts across the farm land and if fishing is your thing, you are welcome to get involved, though you will need to bring your own rods. Need to know: 2 bedrooms: 1 king, 1 twin. 1 bathroom and WC, 1 en suite shower with WC. Kitchen electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Access to shared utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Woodburner (first basket of logs included). TV/DVD. Ample off road parking for 2 cars. Limited Wi Fi available. Regret no smoking. Shared garden and BBQ. Shared games room and indoor swimming pool open end March end October. The swimming pool is available to one family at a time and guests can pre book slots. Games room with pool table, table tennis, table football and toddlers play equipment. River fishing on site. Pub and shop 3 miles, beach 20 miles. Property can be booked with Skiber Coombe to sleep up to 10 people. EV charging is not possible at this property at the current time.
