Whilst there are 17 acres of land surrounding the cottage, all of which you’re free to explore, you’ll find your very own private patio space with furniture and a BBQ, ideal for cooking up a delicious feast after a day playing tennis, fishing or lounging by the pool.

Stylishly appointed rooms can be found laid out on two floors in this attractive cottage, so step inside and feel instantly at home. The ground floor presents an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner for those sociable evenings indoors. Get cosy on sofas or armchairs positioned around a Smart TV or bring out a board game for some family-friendly competition. Both bedrooms, a double and a twin, can be found up a single flight of stairs. The bedrooms are served by a single-family bathroom which is just downstairs on the ground floor.

There’s plenty to shout about in the local area, including the stunning sandy beaches of Sandymouth Bay (5 miles), Welcombe Mouth Bay (10 miles) and Clovelly Beach (13 miles), all linked by the expansive South West Coast Path that stretches the distance along the Hartland Heritage Coast. Another beautiful beach, Summerleaze, can be found in the property’s nearest town of Bude (6.5 miles). This wonderful seafront destination has a sea pool, a surf school and plenty of appealing shops, pubs and restaurants to frequent throughout your stay.
