The heart of this home is the open-plan living room/kitchen diner, which boasts underfloor heating throughout as well as a beautiful feature wood burner to ensure a cosy stay all year around. Sit by the fire and soak up the warmth on one of three sofas, catch a film on the Smart TV or get competitive with an evening of board games with the family. Meals can be spent sat up at the breakfast bar or in a more formal setting beside the window with the dining table seating eight. When it’s time to get cooking, the elegant navy kitchen is equipped with all of the modern conveniences you could want to cater for a large group. Enjoy a moment of peace sitting upon a beam bag beneath the vaulted ceilings and soak up the views from the floor-to-ceiling doors, or in the snug with a book in hand. There is also a utility room and a shower room conveniently located on the ground floor. Upstairs there are three contemporary bedrooms which feature king-size beds and en-suite shower rooms; one of them can be made up as a twin upon request. The final bedroom is a twin with a Smart TV. In addition, there is a family bathroom complete with a relaxing roll-top bath and separate shower. Outside, the bi-fold doors extend the living space outdoors onto the decked area and lawn which is fantastic when the sun is shining, as well as the luxurious hot tub which is a treat in all seasons.

The coastal town of Bude has a lot to offer with three glorious beaches, a vibrant town centre and an iconic sea pool ensuring plenty to keep all ages busy for days on end. Further afield, you could venture North to Devon where you’ll find the quaint fishing village of Clovelly (15 miles), a car-free, cobbled haven with a lengthy fishing history and a unique way of life where you can easily spend a day exploring and dining. Alternatively, travel on the South West Coast Path to the picturesque Boscastle (16 miles), a village steeped in rich history which has inspired many authors and artists over the years thanks to its rugged beauty and tranquil location.
