All 3 properties are coastal properties. Sheep and cattle graze in the fields surrounding the cottages and the area is a haven for wildlife. Whether surfing, walking, playing golf, fishing or simply relaxing this stunning holiday location has something for everyone. The popular resort of Bude lies just 5 miles away and has excellent shops and restaurants, many specialising in locally caught seafood, along with a golf course, tennis, riding, indoor ’Splash’ pool, bowling and three sandy beaches. Of the many varied activities for you to do in the area, you might like the idea of a fishing trip in one of the local fishing boats; or perhaps to see the area from a bird’s eye vantage point in a microlight aircraft from Davidstow Moor. The picturesque fishing villages of Boscastle and Tintagel are just 15 miles. Eden project and the wild beauty of Dartmoor, Exmoor and Bodmin Moors are all within easy driving distance. Lovely cottage. Would visit again.Only thing was heating wasn't working in the bathroom and the thermostat was up in the kitchen so the bedrooms downstairs got very cold quickly.Also the WiFi was intimitant, I needed this as my daughter is a type 1 diabetic so rely on her phone connecting to the wifi to send me readings

Everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen. Appreciated the welcome cake. That was very thoughtful. Bit of an issue with the heating. As the thermostat was in the living area near the oven, it switched the heating off which meant the bedrooms were cold. Wouldn't be a problem in the summer.

We stayed at cider barn over Christmas and the property is perfectly located for a relaxing, quiet, scenic break, the barn is very well equipped for larger families and the views are amazing, it is a few miles away from local amenities and we will certainly be booking it again in the future, we had cakes and mince pies on arrival as well as well needed tea bags after a long journey. Would highly recommend a stay at cider barn.
