This delightful semi detached, two bedroom bungalow is one of two situated in a secluded cul de sac in the popular Cornish resort of Bude.

A short walk from a superb choice of Cornish sandy beaches and adjacent to the South West Coast Path, this attractive holiday accommodation enjoys a convenient location. Exploration of Bude's impressive array of gift shops, galleries, pubs, restaurants and excellent leisure facilities is a must. Get involved with a round at the challenging 18 hole links golf course, tennis, boating and bowling greens. The property is also perfectly located to explore the beautiful unspoilt coastline of North Cornwall, especially the popular fishing villages of Boscastle, Tintagel and Port Isaac or the wealth of family attractions like Crealy Adventure Park, The Milky Way or The Big Sheep. In the evenings, head to The Rebel Cinema five miles out of town or simply relax and unwind on the decked area or take a stroll to the local pub. On arrival at the property you will find the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with its oak floor. The lounge is made homely with a TV, DVD and ample seating, perfect for a relaxing night in. The kitchen area is equipped with a granite worktop, an electric oven with gas hob, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave, making it a great space for preparing meals to be enjoyed in the dining area.
