The property also offers two stylish bathrooms. Heading outside, an enclosed courtyard features a raised decked area with outdoor furniture and a BBQ, an ideal space for dining alfresco. You will also have access to the large, shared lawn and children’s play area. A paddock is home to ponies which you can meet, and there are some lovely walks across the surrounding fields.
The flourishing seaside town of Bude is just a short drive away (7.5 miles), and offers some great pubs and restaurants as well as some of the finest beaches in Cornwall. Also nearby are Widemouth Bay (10.5 miles) and Sandymouth Bay (5.5 miles), or you can visit Tamar Lakes Activity Centre (5 miles) and The Milky Way Adventure Park (11 miles).
