About this property
Ideally located for touring all of Cornwall, this spacious Baltic pine lodge is set on a working farm amongst beautiful rolling countryside two miles from the small village of Lanivet which is known to be the centre of the county with access to both north and south coasts. With a well-equipped kitchen in the cosy fully insulated and centrally heated living room all your home comforts are catered for. There is a large bedroom with zip and link beds giving you the option of a king-size double or two single beds with a luxurious en suite bathroom with a welcoming bath after a day walking on the moors or cycling on one of the many trails in the area.
Outside the full width verandah together with a patio and built in barbecue are all designed for your comfort giving you the opportunity to take in the stunning far-reaching views. A splendid lodge in an excellent location for a totally relaxing holiday. Note: This property can be booked with Refs 974689, 974707, 974711, 974712 and 974713, together they sleep 21.
A village west of Bodmin, Lanivet has a fish and chip restaurant, a pub and a shops. Bodmin has a shopping centre as well as Bodmin and Wenford Railway, the Camel cycle trail and the Bodmin Jail. Close by are Bodmin Moor, the National Trust’s Lanhydrock House and Gardens as well as the Eden Project. Cornwall’s surfing beaches are twelve miles away and the south coast is eight miles.

The lodge is thoughtfully furnished with everything you could possibly need. A huge comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen and great views to enjoy. Highly recommend Holly Lodge for anyone wanting to explore this beautiful area.

We where made to feel welcome on arrival by Jill holly lodge very clean and well equipped bed was very comfortable it was quite and very relaxing and cosy ideal location for padstow , polperro, looe , Charleston , Eden project and many more would recommend all of these on arrival we also had been left cream tea and fudge such a lovely thought we canât rate this stay highly enough would love to go back again in one word to describe holly lodge PERFECT
