Electric central heating (underfloor in bathroom), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Shared games room with table tennis. Lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. These two semi-detached, pet friendly holiday cottages are situated in the grounds of a Georgian vicarage, which is occupied by the owners and refurbished in 2024. Enjoying a peaceful setting in the village of St Kew, with its 15th-century church and the renowned St Kew Inn, which is only 150 yards away, Trescobel Cottages are perfect for a relaxing break away. Within a few miles are a selection of wonderful beaches including Polzeath and the sailing resort of Rock aswell as St Enodoc Golf Club. The South West Coastal Path and Camel Trail are excellent for walking and cycling. For shops and restaurants, Port Isaac, Padstow and Boscastle lie close at hand. Wadebridge is a short drive away and offers a sports centre and indoor swimming pool. Also within easy distance is the world famous Eden Project and Bodmin Moor, providing unspoilt moorland at its best. Beach 3 miles. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 150 yards.

I thought it was great value for money, small but had everything you need, though a slightly larger TV would have been appreciated.Locally, there is a nearby pub, which is nice place, but gets very busy and difficult to book a table.Other than that you are driving, but the location is pretty central, but you are reminded just how many single lane roads there are in Cornwall.Overall great, and would recommend.

TV wouldn't connect to the 5 main channels. Instructions for the oven were missing. Only 2 hand towels between the 3 of us. This was the 2nd time we have stayed here and would certainly use it again.

Absolutely gorgeous cottage, really lovely and felt spacious. We all agreed the beds were comfy. Beautiful location and was a fantastic base for everything we wanted to do. Will definitely look to book again. Thank you
